The Performance Centre is a football management platform that runs a club at whatever level it operates, whether that is a volunteer-run Saturday side, a professional academy, or a first-team recruitment desk, on one system. Big S designed and built it end to end.

The Problem
Football software usually forces a choice: cheap tools that only handle subs and fixtures, or professional systems priced far beyond a community club. A club that grows has to migrate, and its history rarely survives the move. The Performance Centre is built as three tiers on one platform, so a club starts where it is and moves up without leaving its data behind.
The Solution
Grassroots covers the administrative grind (registration, subs collection, availability, attendance, consent forms) at £1 per player per month, with card payments passed through at cost so the platform never takes a slice of a club's money. Pro Academy adds the performance side: GPS and analytics, injury management and return-to-play, video and opposition analysis, nutrition and wellbeing. Enterprise is a recruitment engine built on a live database of players and market data, searchable across more than 120 performance metrics.
Every club gets its own branded app rather than a shared one: its own colours, crest, domain and home-screen icon, built per tenant. It is in use at professional Scottish clubs including Dundee, Falkirk, Kilmarnock, Partick Thistle and St Johnstone.
